Our dynamic circuit workout incorporates a variety of exercises aimed at improving cardiovascular endurance, strength, agility, and overall functional fitness. In each action-packed session, you'll rotate through a series of stations, each targeting different muscle groups and energy systems. Our expert trainers will guide you through a combination of bodyweight exercises, resistance training, plyometrics, and cardio intervals to maximise your calorie burn and shape lean muscle.
