Experience a dynamic session that promotes physical fitness and strengthens family connections. We understand the importance of passing on healthy habits to our children, and what better way to do that than by exercising together? We'll groove to beats from around the world, enhancing coordination, and boosting self-esteem, with movements carefully crafted to engage both parents and children, making it a truly inclusive experience for the whole family. Join our Family FIT class, and invest in your family's physical wellbeing while instilling a lifelong love for exercise and fitness in your children from an early age. Get active, and most importantly, have fun! Allows 1 parent and 1 child (8 years to 16 years) access. (PAYG only and not available as part of an exercise class or gym membership plan)
